Acceptable use.
Gatherfox is for private, consensual group messages. These rules protect contributors, recipients and the service.
Use Gatherfox lawfully
Do not use the service to create, collect, store or share content that is illegal or facilitates illegal activity.
Content that is not allowed
Do not submit, solicit or distribute:
- Child sexual abuse material, sexual content involving minors, grooming, exploitation or content that sexualizes a person under 18.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery, voyeuristic recordings, sexual extortion or instructions that facilitate such abuse.
- Credible threats, targeted harassment, stalking, doxxing, hateful abuse or content that encourages violence against a person or protected group.
- Content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other rights, including audio you are not permitted to synchronize with the film.
- Fraud, impersonation intended to deceive, phishing, malware or material designed to obtain credentials or private links.
- Graphic exploitation, instructions for serious wrongdoing or content whose distribution is prohibited by law.
Protect people’s privacy
Invite only people connected to the project. Tell contributors the real recipient and intended audience. Do not trick someone into recording, publish a private contribution link, scrape contributor information or expose a final viewing link beyond the agreed audience.
Do not interfere with the service
Do not bypass limits or access controls, probe other projects, automate abusive submissions, overload processing, reuse signed upload URLs, introduce malicious files or use Gatherfox to benchmark or reverse engineer private systems without written permission.
Enforcement and reports
We may remove content, limit a link, preserve evidence required by law, suspend access or report imminent harm and illegal material to the appropriate authority. We consider context, severity, repeated behavior and risk when acting.
Report abuse to contact@foxdenlabs.com with the project or contribution receipt ID. Do not forward the harmful media. Good-faith reporters and affected users may appeal a decision through the same address.
