Do contributors pay?
No. Contributors record or upload through the private link at no cost and without an account.
What happens if the montage is longer than 30 minutes?
Gatherfox shows the total before rendering and asks you to exclude or shorten clips. It never cuts a message without you choosing.
What happens when the 50th clip arrives?
Fifty active clips is a hard cap, not a soft one. Your dashboard shows the running count from the first contribution, so you can see it coming. Once the project is full, the 51st person opens the link and is told the project has closed to new messages—their recording is not saved, so tell people early rather than letting them find out at the camera. There is no larger plan today. For a bigger group, run a second project with its own link and its own film, or email contact@foxdenlabs.com before you start and we will help you split the list.
What happens when the 12 months are up?
The MP4 is yours to keep: download it and back it up somewhere you control, because that copy never expires. Twelve months after payment the private viewing page stops working and our copy of the film, captions and clips is deleted. The private viewing page prints its own expiry date, so nobody has to guess. There is no renewal to buy today, so treat the download as the real keepsake.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Email contact@foxdenlabs.com within 14 days of paying and we refund it—you have already watched the full preview, so we would rather give the money back than argue. Paddle is the merchant of record, so your statutory EU and UK withdrawal rights apply on top of that.
