Gatherfox gives contributors the shortest possible route to recording, while giving the organizer just enough control to shape the result.

    Set the scene

    Name the recipient, pick a deadline, write a helpful prompt and choose Warm, Bright or Classic.

  2. 02

    Invite everyone

    Send the private link by email, QR code or WhatsApp. Contributors can record or upload in their browser.

  3. 03

    Review the messages

    See names, durations, captions and quality notes. Reorder, exclude or ask for a replacement without editing video.

  4. 04

    Create the montage

    Gatherfox chooses a sensible canvas, balances speech and builds the intro, transitions and ending.

  5. 05

    Watch before you pay

    The full 720p preview is watermarked. One corrective preview is included before purchase.

    Keep the clean version

    Pay $29 USD for the 1080p download, caption file and private page, available for 12 months.

Automatic, but never careless

The system fixes technical inconsistencies without deciding what somebody meant to say.

  • Corrects sideways footage and standardizes common phone formats
  • Balances speech volume and suggests only leading or trailing silence trims
  • Keeps every full frame visible instead of cropping faces
  • Builds editable captions in English, French, German or Turkish
  • Never shortens a message silently to fit the project limit

Contributors

Easy for every contributor

A guest sees the recipient, prompt and deadline—not anybody else’s recording. They can retake, upload a file, and use a private receipt link to replace or withdraw their message before collection closes.

Retention

Original and working files have different jobs

The exact original upload is deleted after 30 days. A metadata-stripped working copy can remain temporarily so the organizer can correct the montage. Every relevant deletion date is shown in the project.
